English Summary
I took the chance to turn my fitness hobby into a flexible job that fits around my life bringing up 2 children.
Having qualified as a fitness and wellness trainer specialising in Antara®, Yoga, stretching and Nordic Walking, I now offer both formal classes (see "Kursangebot"), as well as giving personal training.
Antara® is a form of training that combines elements of functional movements, breathing and relaxation, where the intensity can be continually increased.
As well as promoting presence, relaxation and inner stillness, with the aim to make one feel good about oneself, Antara® in particular trains the trunk, back, abdominal and pelvic muscles. You will both feel and see the benefits!
